I grew up enthralled with athletics, starting tackle rugby and football, and continuing with those sports from then on. I am recognized for my ability to diagnose client’s muscular imbalance during movement patterns. I can diagnostically tweak a result yielding, corrective strength program for anyone, whether it is a desk jockey, an athlete, or a girl who has yet to learn that weights won’t make her bulky. I possess the ability to increase strength and speed while emphasizing spinal health and proper neuromuscular function through the kinetic chain. I am a certified personal trainer, with the International Confederation of Registers for Exercise Professionals (ICREPS) and over 15 other certificates. Previous fitness and training instructor of Official Kenya Rugby Team. Dubai Fitness Instruction of the year 2015.

A typical training session consists of a dynamic warm up, activation of muscles necessary to properly move safely and efficiently. From there the focus is on one of the major compound lifts followed by attacking weak points seen in the lift to give you strength both bilaterally and unilaterally. Sessions are typically finished with high-intensity endurance methods to burn extra body fat at the end. Usually you will be asked to work on some things on your own at home such as stretches, light workouts and will recieve guidance towards other goals.
