Group Fitness Instructor
This is great for groups where the fitness level of all individuals is very similar, making it easy for each person to get through every workout. Group sessions typically include strength & circuit training, core & flexibility, injury rehabilitation (when necessary), plyometric, and aerobic conditioning. Ediger also works with each individual on goal setting and consistent accountability to make sure you progressively transform your body, increase energy levels, and achieve your ideal level of health and fitness.
